Your Mission:

The Client Advisor will be responsible for advising clients on collections and sharing their passion for the brand to build strong relationships and create personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize sales targets in line with Company strategy
  • Manage time efficiently to accomplish tasks assigned
  • Represent Bottega Veneta brand image
  • Create engaging client experiences offering best-in-class service
  • Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use
  • Embrace clienteling culture to build long-term relationships
  • Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends
  • Work on silhouettes and style pieces for clients
  • Keep stock tidy and monitor deliveries and availabilities
  • Apply company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience of 1-2 years in Fashion & Luxury contexts
  • Excellent client service attitude and flexibility
  • Excellent communication and empathetic skills
  • Good team player
  • Multitasking and flexibility
  • Capacity to work in a fast-moving environment and build a strong client portfolio
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
