About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Milan. As a key member of our Southern Europe team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning store displays and windows that showcase the Bottega Veneta brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and coach In Store Visual Ambassadors to support their development and ensure consistency across stores.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers, GMMs, Merchandisers, and Store Managers to develop effective visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and maximize brand impact.
  • Visit stores regularly to ensure standards are maintained and executed within agreed timelines.
  • Interpret and implement visual directives to ensure consistency across stores.
  • Conceptualize and realize windows and internal displays that reflect the Bottega Veneta brand ethos and values.
  • Prepare reports on store visits and monthly/bimonthly reports to recap window and indoor changes, and action plans taken in each store.
  • Provide support for new store openings and maintain updated visual tools in each store.
  • Support HQ and Regional Activities as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a VM for a fashion retailer or experience within the artistic world.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and solid knowledge of current trends.
  • Ability to concentrate and work to tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and practical.
  • Good computer skills (Office, Photoshop...).
  • Fluent Italian and English.
  • Availability to travel.
