Position Overview

How You Will Contribute

GUIDELINE DEVELOPMENT

Assist the Global Visual Merchandising Graphic Editor in crafting digital guidelines. Engage in visual merchandising shoots for guidelines and special initiatives.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DATA ANALYSIS

Develop global surveys (utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, ShareFile) for all visual merchandising activities. Conduct monthly reviews of regional survey data.

OPERATIONS AND FIELD SUPPORT

Oversee the organization of mock-ups and headquarters tools. Provide active assistance in organizing re-sees and showrooms. Participate in the visual merchandising setup for showrooms, re-sees, stores, and mock-ups.

CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL COLLABORATION

Work alongside the architecture department on specific projects (new store openings, product information, visual merchandising requirements, props). Collaborate with merchandising teams to gather and disseminate product information. Offer support to other departments on visual merchandising-related topics.

Who You Are

A graduate with a passion for Fashion, Design, and Art. Possess a creative mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Creative Cloud (Photoshop), and other photo editing tools. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners (vendors, agencies). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent in both Italian and English.
