Euronext Securities Project Management IT Internship

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Project Management Intern. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our project management team in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans;
    • Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate project risks;
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports;
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk logs, action lists, and lessons learned;
    • Develop and distribute project status reports to stakeholders;
    • Assist in creating and updating project dashboards and metrics;
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and customers;
    • Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in;
    • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure project success;
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery;
    • Develop and maintain project processes and procedures;
    • Assist in conducting project retrospectives and lessons learned sessions;

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for project management. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Computer Engineering with a focus on Project Management;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Project Portfolio Management, and Jira;
  • Prince2 Certification is a plus;
