Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management IT Intern to join our team at Euronext Securities. As a Project Management IT Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results;
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including resource allocation and risk management;
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate project risks and issues;
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the development of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned;
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress, risks, and issues;
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance project delivery and team efficiency;
  • Support the team in the development and maintenance of project metrics and reporting;
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with Euronext Securities' policies and procedures;
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for project management and a desire to learn and grow with our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Computer Engineering with a focus on Project Management courses;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Jira;
  • Prince2 Certification is a plus.
