Euronext Securities Project Management IT Internship
Workplace: Remote or Office-Based
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will support the team in the following activities:
- Act as a guardian of the Group PM policy, lead its implementation, and ensure teams comply with it;
- Centralize and report on capacity based on information from resource managers;
- Assist key contributors in preparing essential project documents;
- Maintain macro and detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability;
- Manage capacity and ensure resources are available for upcoming phases;
- Centralize updates for key documentation such as Risk log and action list;
- Request planning input from key contributors and consolidate inputs using MS Project;
- Ensure key deliverables align with the program plan and take necessary actions or escalate issues;
- Update and centralize required project documentation;
- Ensure project execution follows the plan and report on progress and risks;
- Centralize lessons learned and conduct regular retrospectives;
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Computer Engineering with a focus on Project Management;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Project Portfolio Management, and Jira;
- Prince2 Certification is a bonus.
