Human Resources Business Partner

This role is responsible for supporting the administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resource processes within the business unit. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR manager to implement strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, workforce planning, performance reviews, and compensation & benefits review.
- Prepare payroll and labor documents required by the country.
- Implement and follow all HR strategic initiatives, ensuring that KPIs are met.
- Support management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
- Ensure employee regulatory compliance by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, and enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resource Experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 4 years at a mid-level HR position.
This is a permanent position that requires a strong understanding of human resource principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
