Job DescriptionThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
This role will involve overseeing all marketing activities, including content creation, digital marketing, event management, and collaboration with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Cleafy's business goals and objectives.
- Lead ABM Campaigns: Execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting tier 1 and tier 2 banks in new geographies.
- Content Creation and Distribution: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
- Digital Marketing Efforts: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, PPC advertising, and SEO.
- Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and in-person conferences to engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and nurturing.
- ROI Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
- Strategy Optimization: Identify opportunities for optimization and implement data-driven improvements to marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the enterprise software or technology sector.
- ABM Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Content Skills: Strong content creation and digital marketing skills, with experience managing email, social media, and PPC campaigns.
- Project Management: Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytics Tools: Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the online fraud management or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
