We are seeking a highly skilled Segment Marketing Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing industry segment strategies for the Country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute segment marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve defined targets.
  • Understand market trends, customer needs, and channel requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product launches and customer events.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to the Sales team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Use data analytics to measure segment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Plastic Industry.
  • Degree in Economy, Management, or Engineering.
  • Knowledge of End Users, System Integrators, and OEMs.
  • Strong understanding of machinery, production lines, and plants in the Plastic & Rubber sector.
  • Strategic thinking, customer focus, and personal leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with fluency in English.
