INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER

La persona individuata avrà la responsabilità di gestire il portafoglio Clienti nei mercati esteri di competenza, concentrandosi anche sullo scouting di nuove opportunità commerciali per aumentare le quote di mercato.

Le principali responsabilità includono:

  • Gestione e consolidamento del portafoglio Clienti acquisito, in una logica di fidelizzazione;
  • Identificazione di Clienti strategici per gli obiettivi aziendali per l'aumento della market share;
  • Analisi delle richieste specifiche dei Clienti (con confronto diretto con l'ufficio tecnico);
  • Preparazione dell'offerta commerciale, in collaborazione con i dipartimenti interni;
  • Gestione delle attività di negoziazione tecnico-commerciale;
  • Supervisione del flusso di gestione ed evasione degli ordini, secondo gli accordi pattuiti;
  • Partecipazione alle fiere di settore di rilevanza strategica per sviluppare contatti commerciali.

Requisiti:

  • Necessaria esperienza pregressa di almeno 7/10 anni nel ruolo di Sales Engineer / Export Area Manager;
  • Necessaria provenienza da aziende che producono macchinari, linee e/o impianti industriali su commessa (custom made);
  • Necessaria consolidata competenza con la vendita verso Aziende Clienti dirette (no dealers);
  • Necessaria conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue rappresenta un plus);
  • Disponibilità alle trasferte e alla partecipazione a fiere di settore.
