As a Disponente Ufficio Traffico, you will play a crucial role in our Operations department, helping us achieve our mission to digitize and automate all road logistics processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in Milan. As a Disponente Ufficio Traffico, you will be responsible for expanding our carrier network within Italy, supervising daily transports, and handling inquiries from carriers. You will also use your knowledge of the partner's business to identify opportunities and offer solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners;
  • Supervise daily transports in Italy and handle all arising inquiries from carriers;
  • Use your knowledge of the partner's business to identify opportunities and offer solutions;
  • Manage day-to-day operations tasks.
Requirements
  • Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics (Excel);
  • Efficient ability to manage workload and priorities;
  • Knowledge of geography transport rules;
  • 1-2 years' experience in full truck load transport by road and express courier;
  • Fluent communication in Italian and good knowledge of English;
  • Great attention to detail and organized approach;
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress;
  • Mediation skills and claims management;
  • Pricing capacity and knowledge of transport rules.
