Adecco Italia is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and planning the order flow, from inputting orders into the management system to overseeing the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize tasks by coordinating with the warehouse for order management and flow planning.
  • Handle communication with national authorities to request necessary certificates.
  • Issue shipping documentation (customs documents, delivery notes, etc.).
  • Manage transport providers efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of export regulations and customs documentation.
  • Familiarity with national authorities for certifications/new authorizations.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
