Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Specialist to join our Life Sciences team at Sysmex Europe GmbH. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing scientific and technical support to our business units, customers, and key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scientific Support: Provide expert scientific and technical support to our business units, customers, and key opinion leaders, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy.
  • Clinical Studies: Plan, implement, and finalize the execution of clinical studies to generate clinical value for our Life Sciences products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Support: Maintain customer contact and provide support to our sales team and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver credible presentations on scientific matters to physicians, individually or in groups, and provide support to our sales network in scientific sessions and clinical studies.
  • Protocol Elaboration: Elaborate protocols according to meetings with investigators and support investigators on IRB/IEC procedures.
  • Data Monitoring: Monitor and support investigators on the submission process and lead the transformation from data to a published scientific paper in a journal.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's and/or master's degree in science (biology, biomedicine, or similar), and master's degree in clinical studies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, database, and CRM.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a medical department, ideally 2+ years in a similar position (Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Clinical Research Associate, or similar).
