Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

CHEP is a global leader in the supply chain industry, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing logistics activities to ensure a constant and efficient supply of equipment to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery orders and accurately post logistics costs.
  • Collaborate with customers to manage cancelations, advance orders, and other logistics activities.
  • Use Supply Chain, JDA, and Inventory Management techniques to guarantee high service levels at low cost.
  • Identify and implement relocation flows to guide master planning and forecast all flows and stocks using IT Supply Chain Tools.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to customers, transporters, team members, and other CHEP departments.
  • Experience in logistics execution, supply chain background, and office environment with frequent customer and provider contacts.
  • Ability to manage urgent requests and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Transport Management system is desirable.

Language Skills:

  • Italian
  • English
  • Spanish is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of work experience
