Quality Manager Automotive Industry

Ricercamy Srl, azienda leader nel settore automotive, cerca un Quality Manager per la sua sede di Modena. Il candidato ideale avrà come obiettivo principale la gestione di metodi, strumenti e procedure per garantire la Qualità dei prodotti e la diffusione della cultura del miglioramento continuo.

Responsabilità:
  • Partecipare alla definizione e rilascio delle specifiche di prodotto/processo;
  • Organizzare e gestire le attività di controllo qualità, il monitoraggio dei dati e l'implementazione delle azioni correttive e di miglioramento;
  • Interagire con il cliente per reclami/resi e segnalazioni;
  • Definire e monitorare gli indicatori aziendali per promuovere azioni per il miglioramento del prodotto/processo e la riduzione dei costi della non qualità;
  • Gestire le attività di audit inerenti alla Qualità;
  • Collaborare con la funzione Acquisti e la funzione tecnica;
  • Rivestire il ruolo di riferimento per la diffusione della cultura della Qualità all'interno dell'azienda.
Requisiti:
  • Pregressa esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità nell'area Qualità presso realtà produttive metalmeccaniche;
  • Laurea o diploma ad Indirizzo Tecnico;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di Sistemi Qualità certificati;
  • Conoscenza di base delle logiche Lean Manufacturing;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Eccellenti capacità di relazione e di lavoro in Team trasversali alle varie funzioni aziendali.
