Job Title: Account Manager III

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager III to join our team. As an Account Manager III, you will be responsible for selling TE's products, systems, or services, providing detailed technical product information, and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territories, industries, or accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, visits, and support.
  3. Promote TE's products and services to customers, highlighting their value propositions and benefits.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and drive projects through collaboration with internal teams.
  5. Engage with TE's internal organizations to ensure timely and effective customer service.
  6. Monitor and follow up on open issues and opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and technologies to provide informed solutions to customers.
  8. Prepare and discuss offers and quotations, as well as lead price and contract negotiations with customers.
  9. Manage financial aspects, including cash flow payments, credit concessions, and account receivables.
  10. Provide regular internal reporting on projects and business activities.
Requirements:
  1. Located in Guang Zhou or Huizhou.
  2. Fluent oral and written English.
  3. Strong business and financial acumen.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  5. Ability to influence others and facilitate cross-functional teams.
  6. Proactive, results-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
  7. At least 3 years of working experience in sales or 2 years of working experience in engineering in the Appliances industry.
  8. Familiarity with major home appliances business models is preferred.
