About the Role:
  • Lead and develop a team of associates to ensure exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
  • Model professional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, email, and telephone.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
