Job Description

As an Elevator Technician at KONE, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for our clients in the Cremona province.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on elevators and escalators to ensure they are running smoothly and safely.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing high-quality services and regular communication.
  • Respond to emergency calls for malfunctioning elevators and escalators.
  • Conduct regular, semi-annual, and extraordinary visits to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with KONE's guidelines, processes, and contractual requirements.
Requirements and Competencies:
  • Essential: certification for elevator maintenance.
  • Problem-solving attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in repair, maintenance, and/or installation.
  • Good knowledge of elevator technologies.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to using safety devices.
  • Reliability.
