Job Summary

Valeo, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking a highly skilled Site Management Controller to join our team. As a key member of our Visibility Systems Business Group, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our Pianezza plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to optimize industrial costs, standard & budget, and supply chain costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze various reports and documents, including daily, weekly, and monthly indicators, as well as budget and middle-term plans.
  • Financial Performance: Ensure the reliability of financial statements and validate financial performance.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of controllers to achieve financial goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Economics or Management degree (mandatory)
  • Experience: More than 3 years of experience in similar roles, with a background in audit and controlling, and people management.
  • Skills: Fluent English, SAP knowledge, communication skills, target-oriented, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure.
