We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Expert to join our Group Legal team at Fedrigoni SpA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our Legal function worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: You will draft and review commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements, agency agreements, and cooperation agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Corporate Governance: You will draft corporate resolutions, powers of attorney, and other corporate documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Compliance and Risk Management: You will work closely with our Compliance team, board of statutory auditors, and compliance bodies to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Intellectual Property: You will coordinate with IP counsels on IP-related matters, including trademarks, domain names, and potential infringements, and provide guidance on key provisions to be negotiated by commercial functions worldwide.
- Transaction Support: You will provide legal support for extraordinary transactions, strategic new initiatives, and special projects, including commercial projects, M&A, joint ventures, internal reorganizations, finance, and capital markets transactions.
- Education: You must have a Degree in Law.
- Experience: You must have 5-6 years of previous experience gained in in-house legal offices of multinational corporate environments or law firms.
- Skills: You must have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and PPT functions, and be an analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Language: You must be proficient in English, both spoken and written, and have Italian as your mother tongue.
