Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive success in this critical role. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your experience in ServiceNow, ITIL, and process management to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive After Sales processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of After Sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Data Privacy, QARA, Regional Delivery, and After Sales Management.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow, with a proven track record in implementing and managing complex configurations.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification, with practical experience in developing and implementing IT service management frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
