Il Launch Manager è un professionista dinamico e organizzato che si occupa del coordinamento e dell'esecuzione di tutte le attività necessarie per la preparazione operativa, inaugurazione e avviamento delle filiali di AUTO1 Group.
Responsabilità Principali- Rappresentare il punto di contatto per la negoziazione e finalizzazione di tutti i permessi necessari per assicurare che ogni progetto rispetti le normative locali;
- Contrattare con i migliori fornitori per le attività di branding e costruzione;
- Dirigere le attività cruciali per preparare le location: dal design del layout alla logistica, dalla produzione all'approvvigionamento;
- Supervisionare la trasformazione delle nostre location, gestendo branding, arredamento e installazione delle attrezzature;
- Fornire formazione approfondita sulla sicurezza, sulla protezione delle location, sui software di approvvigionamento e sulla gestione del magazzino;
- Gestire e approvare le fatture relative alla struttura fino al momento della consegna della location.
- Titolo di studio che dimostra la preparazione e dedizione;
- Esperienza nella leadership e/o nella gestione di team;
- Esperienza precedente in ambienti dinamici simili a questi;
- Spiccate doti organizzative e di gestione dei tempi di lavoro, flessibilità e precisione;
- Inserimento diretto con contratto a tempo indeterminato;
- Inquadramento: II Livello - CCNL Commercio;
- La retribuzione comprenderà una parte fissa commisurata alla seniority del profilo e alle qualità espresse in fase di selezione;
