Program Overview

The Operations Talent Program is a two-year graduate program designed for talented individuals to accelerate their growth in EssilorLuxottica's Global Operations. The program is held in various Operations Hubs worldwide, offering a unique opportunity to gain international experience and develop strategic skills.

Program Structure

The program is structured into three phases:

  • Phase 1: Academy - A six-month training program that provides a comprehensive understanding of EssilorLuxottica's Operations and sets the foundation for the next phase.
  • Phase 2: Job Rotation - A one-year job rotation within the same function, allowing participants to gain diverse experiences, acquire new technical knowledge, and be guided by inspiring leaders.
  • Phase 3: Individual Project Work - A six-month project that enables participants to apply their knowledge and skills to a real-world business case.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in STEM fields or Economics
  • Maximum 1 year of working experience after obtaining a Master's Degree
  • Fluency in English; other languages are considered a plus
  • Significant intercultural experience through work or study abroad
  • Availability to start the program from November 2024
  • Eligibility to work in the country where applying without requiring a visa sponsorship

Selection Process

To apply, complete the online application as soon as possible. You may choose between Agordo (Belluno, Italy) or Créteil (Paris, France) based on your preference. If your profile meets the eligibility criteria, you'll be invited to complete an online individual assessment, followed by an online interview with our Talent Acquisition experts. Advancing further, you'll participate in an online group assessment, working on a real business case. Top performers will then meet our business leaders for a challenging final round.
