Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Billy Reid store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fashion trends, styles, and brand information
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, including visual merchandising and store maintenance
  • Support the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, and team engagement
  • Model reliability and flexibility, being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business
  • Support other brands in the market/cluster that are under the Leap umbrella for new store openings, activations, and/or for additional coverage
  • Embraces learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.
