About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team in Milan. As a key member of our global retail operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of non-merchandising categories and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the WW Retail Ops team in a 360° management of non-merchandising categories, including creative, finance, industrial, supply chain, and distribution teams.
  • Implement retail procedures and best practices, and design and deliver online and in-person training for after-sales experts in store.
  • Cooperate with the industrial team to ensure the best quality standard and support customer care for client requests.
  • Monitor after-sales performance KPIs and service levels in store.
  • Support the WW Retail Operations team in managing several retail operations projects, including certificate of craft developments, store capacity calculator implementation, and after-sales excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous working experience in luxury or fashion industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong team player, flexible, and proactive.
