Job Title: Power Platform Senior Developer

At Schindler Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Senior Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and create release notes for new features
  • Develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents
  • Apply Power Apps, including customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility
  • Assist in collecting and identifying functional requirements
  • Work on challenging technical tasks to improve knowledge sharing
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot challenges
  • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
  • Assist in migrating, converting, and improving existing solutions from older versions of SharePoint and .NET applications to Power Platform and SharePoint Online
  • Provide expertise and support to business managers and other members of IT to determine how to best implement, support, and use Microsoft Power Platform
Requirements:
  • Master or Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems
  • Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Strong .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong experience of development with Microsoft collaboration stack, including Power Platform, Office 365, Azure AD Connect, and SharePoint Online
  • Prior experience with SOA/web services design and programming, including SharePoint 2016, ASP.NET MVC, and JavaScript
  • Experience with API and REST services integrations
  • Strong business-to-technology translation skills to identify ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance
  • Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience is a bonus
  • Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner
