About the Role

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is a leading global technology company, and we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain advanced analytics for the Sales Supply Chain department, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain risk management.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales supply chain standards and best practices across the organization.
  3. Design and implement tools to improve customer supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Participate in customer meetings and projects to understand their supply chain needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance sales supply chain performance.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or engineering.
  2. Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in tools such as MS Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, and SQL.
  3. Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse.
  4. Fluent English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
