At Poltrona Frau, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Quality Specialist to join our team. This role will play a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

About the Role

The Customer Experience Quality Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by resolving their complaints efficiently and effectively. Working closely with our internal departments, this individual will analyze customer-related data, develop statistical reports, and collaborate with production units to identify corrective actions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in quality or customer-related roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Service team in resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Analyze customer-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop statistical reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with production units to identify and implement corrective actions
  • Cooperate with Supplier Quality to manage customer claims
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality or customer-related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
