Job Title: Vendor Inspections Procurement Junior Advisor

RINA is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vendor Inspections Procurement Junior Advisor to join its International Procurement Division in Genoa, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data entry in RINA's ERP system for Vendor Inspection & Expediting activities.
  • Qualify suppliers by collecting relevant documents and activating their qualification in RINA's ERP.
  • Coordinate Framework Agreements for VI&E activities, including drafting, signature collection, and setup in RINA's ERP.
  • Provide periodic reports to RINA HQ.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or related field.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
