About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Projects to join our team at Senec Italia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing solar energy projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project development strategies tailored to the Italian solar market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project scopes, timelines, and budgets aligned with master plan standards
  • Manage C&I and EPC projects, including plant development, project management, and O&M
  • Supervise and lead in the authorization process of multi-MW photovoltaic power plants
  • Stay updated on Italian solar energy regulations and ensure project compliance
  • Develop and monitor project budgets in alignment with Italian financial practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Italian solar energy sector
  • In-depth knowledge of the Italian solar market, including regulations, permitting processes, and local business practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
