Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Dover Corporation in Italy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality control and process improvement. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement changes and improvements
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for process improvement. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A mechanical or mechatronics high school diploma or degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a quality control department
  • Knowledge of lean philosophy and principles
  • Excellent Italian and English language skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including accident insurance, company onsite canteen, free parking nearby, referral bonus, growth opportunities, and an international environment.
