About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control and Improvement Professional to join our team in Guanzate, Italy. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that our products meet the required standards of quality and reliability.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our manufacturing processes.
- Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality standards and expectations.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality control and improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Mechanical or Mechatronics high school diploma or degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a quality control department of a manufacturing company.
- Skills: Knowledge of mechanical design programs, Lean philosophy, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
