We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a Data Center construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6
  • Monitor and control project progress, including the tracking of earned value and performance against the baseline schedule
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to review project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with the Project Manager as well as the project team to identify and mitigate schedule risks
  • Provide regular reports to the project manager on project status and schedule performance

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to extract data from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Fluent English skills, and additional language skills are highly desirable
