  • Leadership and Vision: Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Construction Business Unit, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Business Development: Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities to expand the client portfolio and enhance market position within the mission-critical sectors.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within commercial expectations and contributing to overall company profitability.
  • Team Management: Manage senior leadership teams within the Construction Business Unit, ensuring that the unit is properly resourced and positioned for success.
  • Safety and Sustainability: Foster a culture of health, safety, and sustainability across all projects, ensuring compliance with the company's HSE policies and statutory regulations.
