Overview
We are looking for experienced Consultants to engage with the Italian market. As a Consultant at Arthur D. Little, you will be responsible for managing significant components of client assignments, working closely under the guidance of your case manager.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Navigating complex scenarios and addressing client challenges by formulating actionable and valuable recommendations.
- Conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesizing information from various primary and secondary sources.
- Communicating effectively with senior management and preparing concise and impactful summaries.
- Independently planning, executing, and finalizing deliverables.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to office operations by leading or participating in internal initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Master's degree (preferably in Engineering or Economics) with a strong academic record from a prestigious institution.
- At least three years of professional experience in management consulting or relevant industry experience, ideally combined with an MBA.
