Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales & Product Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the rubber industry
- Provide technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- Academic background in chemical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and product management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Ability to travel regularly within key market areas
