About the Role

As an Area/Shift Supervisor with Amazon Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics sites across the Emilia Romagna region. This is an on-site position, and relocation support will be provided as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train a team of up to 100 employees, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Plan and control internal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream departments to optimize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Participate in overarching projects to improve workplace safety, process efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and environmental protection standards.
A Day in the Life
