Job Summary

Fedrigoni Spa is seeking a highly skilled Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join our team in Caponago, Italy. As a key member of our Self-Adhesives Finance team, you will be responsible for reinforcing our accounting, analytical, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of accounting data, with a focus on AP/AR data quality and monthly accruals and provisions.
  • Run month-end close and reporting in local ERPs (Navision + Alyante), as well as perform controlling activities to support month-end analysis and Group reporting.
  • Manage/support the upload and validation of financial data into the Fedrigoni reporting system (Tagetik).
  • Perform cash flow analysis, working closely with the Treasury/Accounting/Credit Team.
  • Support functional transformation initiatives, including process optimization, definition of common policies and procedures, alignment with Group policies and guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain an environment of internal control and integrity, while supporting the management of local Finance systems.
  • Deal with external parties, such as tax consultants and payroll providers.
  • Support compliance audits, annual audits, and ad-hoc due diligence activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, MSc in Accounting/Finance or similar experience.
  • Approx. 3 years of experience in a major audit firm, supporting customers operating with an international footprint on a large scale.
  • Strong technical accounting skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced user of accounting and financial systems.
  • Ability to work and deliver results under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Availability to travel as required by business needs.
