Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

\

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the IT team in the systems area with regard to virtual infrastructure, networking, cloud services, managing the ticketing portal, and providing support to internal users regarding company software, office package, windows environment, and hardware.

\

The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for teamwork, communication skills, proactivity, positivity, dynamism, and flexibility.

\

Responsibilities

  • \
  • Support the IT team in the systems area with regard to virtual infrastructure, networking, cloud services;\
  • Manage the ticketing portal and provide support to internal users regarding company software, office package, windows environment, and hardware;\
  • Ensure the operation of all workstations;\
  • NORMALIZE DOMAIN USERS;\
  • Analyzing, verifying, and normalizing the inventory of hardware and software devices;\
  • Support the management of fixed/mobile telephones;\
  • Support the management of rented printers, replace toners, and other consumables.\
\

Requirements

  • \
  • Preferable IT background;\
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in the role of Help Desk technician / System Integrator in medium-sized companies and/or system integrators;\
  • Good knowledge of the English language;\
  • Good knowledge of the Windows environment (client and server).\
\
