About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Sales Specialist to join our team at GRS Recruitment. As a Financial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales and consultative selling.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' sales experience in the financial services industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of CFD trading techniques and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
