Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Ask. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and logistics of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and manage suppliers and forwarders to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation
- Develop and maintain price quotation lists and contracts with suppliers
- Manage and oversee transportation costs, including container transferring and shipping data
- Issue export documents and manage complaints with insurance
- Support custom import clearance and warehouse activities
- Manage customer returnable packaging stock and movements
- Support invoicing control and SAP Transportation project invoicing
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems and SAP Transportation Module
- Knowledge of Incoterms, Export Compliance, and Import Compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
