CRM & Loyalty Support Specialist

Job Summary
The successful candidate will support the CRM team in managing loyalty campaigns, including email, push notifications, banners, and in-app news. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders, supporting briefings, and managing external agencies. The role also involves monitoring and assessing campaign performance through relevant KPIs, ensuring timely completion and meeting objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of marketing and communications campaigns.
- Contribute to the execution of the CRM strategy, particularly for loyalty properties, across the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with divisions to achieve sales, loyalty, and customer experience targets.
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders across business functions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of loyalty program logic and processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team working, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
