Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Milan. As a key member of our wholesale team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the analytic part of the business, providing systematic reports to monitor trends across different channels and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support budget and forecast sessions by semester, collaborating with the wholesale and finance departments.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on business and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor sales data entry during sales campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support Area Managers in monitoring budget on selling activities, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver sell-through, sell-out, and stock-on-hand reports for monobrand doors, using weekly and monthly data collection.
  • Collaborate with markets and pricing departments on seasonal price spread analysis, optimizing pricing strategies.
  • Manage document preparation for sales campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work closely with the Wholesale team to achieve business objectives and deliver special projects.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the fashion industry or a back-office role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team, with excellent computer skills (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency).
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability, fluent in English and Italian.
