Job Title: IT Business Analyst

About Us: Grupo Reno De Medici is a leading company in the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented IT Business Analyst to support and improve our group organization's processes and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and supporting the introduction and implementation of new systems across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of a simplified supply chain flows structure
  • Brainstorm new ways to add more functionality to systems
  • Align best practices across different offices and ensure new system functionalities are adopted by all
  • Assist in the implementation of SLAs per area and oversee that all areas stay aligned with SLA
  • Train key users on how to appropriately utilize systems
  • Write business flows procedures and instruction manuals for systems
  • Consult with managers to determine what role the systems play in the business
  • Test all system changes before roll-out in production to ensure quality and function
  • Prepare costs and benefits analysis for system changes and agree with the business priority for development
  • Brainstorm new ways to add more functionality to systems
  • Choose and configure the hardware and software of an integrated supply chain system

Requirements:

  • Degree in management engineering, economics, or equivalent culture
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of MES and Integrated Supply Chain systems and tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Capability to work in a team with other colleagues and other departments
