SAP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Mission Control Center team in EMEA. As a critical customer support engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and expertise in SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support in the SAP solution area, structured into three parts: Protect, Prevent, and Improve.
  • Contribute to our Central Control Team, evaluating internal support requests for our Lines of Business and Front office Teams.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status reports and facilitating knowledge and information exchange within our internal community.
  • Continuously learn and refine your expertise, extending your network and staying up-to-date with the latest SAP solutions and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Good technical understanding of SAP Solutions, including application architecture and integration scenarios.
  • Experience with methods and tools for technical troubleshooting and software support, as well as End-to-End Root Cause Analysis.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems related to technology and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical issues and their business impact into relevant communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to deliver on commitments.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
