Senior Support Engineer in Mission Control Center EMEA

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our Mission Control Center EMEA team. As a key member of our Critical Customer Management team, you will play a critical role in mitigating issues and coordinating critical situations that impact implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects at our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support in the SAP solution area, structured into three parts: Protect, Prevent, and Improve.
  • Contribute to our Central Control Team, evaluating internal support requests for our Lines of Business and Front office Teams.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status reports and knowledge and information exchange within our internal community.
  • Continuously learn and refine your expertise and extend your network.
Requirements
  • Good technical understanding of SAP Solutions, including application architecture and integration scenarios.
  • Experience with methods and tools for technical troubleshooting and software support, as well as End-to-End Root Cause Analysis.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems related to technology and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, up to senior management level.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Other additional language is a plus.
  • A minimum of seven years of working experience with SAP Solutions, including practical experience in a customer-facing or support role.
