Job Title: Process Engineer

McPhy is a leading company in the hydrogen field, designing and manufacturing equipment for hydrogen production and valorization. We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in San Miniato, Italy.

Job Summary:

The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and improving the efficiency of our manufacturing and industrialization processes. This includes analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational performance
  • Coordinate process improvement projects
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of production lines
  • Develop new techniques and modify existing designs
  • Coordinate with all teams involved in the manufacturing process
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles
  • Conduct process audits and develop SOPs
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering
  • Previous experience of 3+ years in the hydrogen generation and deployment sector
  • Good knowledge of English is mandatory, French is a plus
  • Excellent autonomy and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team of diverse skills and background
