About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at McPhy Energy S.A. in San Miniato, Italy. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving the efficiency of our manufacturing and industrialization processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Design and develop process documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, and material balances.
  • Collaborate with project managers and product engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise plant start-up procedures and ensure optimal capacity of our electrolyzers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of English is mandatory, French is a plus.
