Key Responsibilities- Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Lean Manufacturing Principles: Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain process documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, and material balances.
- Equipment Selection and Sizing: Select and size plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Project Support: Support project managers and product engineers in technical meetings and alignment phases with customers.
- Start-up Procedures: Supervise plant start-up procedures, including commissioning and start-up.
- Operating Manuals: Prepare operating manuals and plant start-up procedures.
- Process Data Management: Manage process data in the bidding phase.
- Master's Degree in Engineering: A master's degree in engineering, preferably in chemical engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- Language Skills: Good knowledge of English is mandatory, French is a plus.
- Autonomy and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent autonomy and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a team of diverse skills, background, and approach.
