  • Work closely with clients to comprehend their procurement needs and devise customized solutions tailored to their specific circumstances.
  • Deliver expert advice and assistance to clients on enhancing their procurement workflows, utilizing your extensive knowledge of procurement best practices.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform and maximizing value realization.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and growth within existing client accounts, contributing to revenue enhancement and client retention.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and promoting ongoing product enhancement.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients to help them maintain a competitive edge.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role within the B2B SaaS sector, particularly focused on procurement.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and practices, with practical experience in procurement management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of establishing rapport and trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to utilize data insights for informed decision-making and driving business results.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, adept at managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Commitment to fostering customer success and satisfaction, with a client-centric approach to problem-solving.

Compensation is based on experience and skills.
